Description des missions
Our Vietnamese studio, located in Hô Chi Minh Ville, constitutes an essential link in Xilam’s chain of production. Intrinsic to our quality approach, the studio optimizes a global production tool. Set in the heart of a dynamic and fast-developing country, it also helps reinforce our position in the area. The Site Manager’s responsibilities, within the framework of his/her functions, are both tactical and operational. He/she will elaborate production strategies in Vietnam, define aims and resources and supervise their implementation. The Site Manager, assigned to our Paris-based Chief Operation Officer, will regularly report back to his/her department, communicating with the ensemble of French interlocutors in a flexible, harmonious fashion.
Thus, you will be responsible for managing the Vietnam site in its entirety: planning, organizing and managing costs while optimizing activity and production means. You will guarantee production deadlines and quality, assuring delivery and maintaining regular communication between the Group’s different departments.
You will take on this local production tool’s overall management, which includes dealing with day to day technical problems. You will run a team of 120 animation film artists and technicians with efficiency and diplomacy, motivating and accompanying them with goodwill. To achieve your aims, you will optimize the production process by seeking smooth rapports with staff in the Vietnam studio, as with the Group on a whole.

– To guarantee positive relationships with local partners, as with all government
– To modernize the Studio’s brand image through internal and external communications
You possess education qualifications (a master degree diploma from a university, engineering college or Business school), with a previous experience as a successful site manager abroad, preferably in industry, and in a mid-sized enterprise.
A man/woman of practical experience, you are both concrete and rational, an expert in management within a manufacturing site. Your actions, involvement and drive will federate teams and improve performance in a positive spirit of teamwork. Shrewd in your approach, you can easily detect the system’s imperfections and find effective remedies.
Your sense of dialogue, ability to listen and general communication skills will enhance exchanges on all levels, and favor the success of all your undertakings.
A full mastery of French and/or Vietnamese is indispensable. English is also required.
A significant experience in Asia would provide your candidacy with an added advantage.
