A couple with a joint securities account many not claim two Club memberships, the rule being: one account, one membership. A couple may, however, claim two memberships if they possess two separate securities accounts.<\/li>\n<li>N.B.: Membership in the Shareholders\u2019 Club is also open to the manager of a company or fund that holds at least one share.<\/li>\n<li>You must have a valid email address.<\/li>\n<li>You must be an adult natural person.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_accordion_tab][vc_accordion_tab title=&#8221;What are the advantages enjoyed by members of the Shareholders\u2019 Club?&#8221;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>As a member of the Shareholders\u2019 Club, you benefit from certain advantages (receiving news via e-mail, a dedicated contact address, organized events, etc.).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_accordion_tab][vc_accordion_tab title=&#8221;How many benefits\/events per season will I be eligible for?&#8221;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The benefits offered to shareholders are determined by the Company. These are communicated via email such that the information is available to all members.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_accordion_tab][vc_accordion_tab title=&#8221;Is membership in the Xilam Animation Shareholders\u2019 Club free?&#8221;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Membership in the Shareholders&#8217; Club is entirely free of charge. Xilam&#8217;s Investor Relations website also provides all the regulatory information required for the the Group&#8217;s listing on the stock exchange.<br \/>\nFor any additional information regarding Xilam Animation&#8217;s financials, please visit <a href=\"\/en\/investors-relations\/\">the Investor Relations page<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_accordion_tab][vc_accordion_tab title=&#8221;Does a shareholder whose shares are \u201cregistered\u201d automatically become a member of the Shareholders\u2019 Club?&#8221;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>No, they must register with the Shareholders\u2019 Club and provide proof of ownership (<a href=\"\/en\/login\">Membership page<\/a>).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_accordion_tab][vc_accordion_tab title=&#8221;I am no longer a shareholder of Xilam Animation or I no longer wish to be a member of the Shareholders\u2019 Club.
