Roland Vongphasouk Joins Xilam Vietnam as Studio Director

We’re pleased to announce that Roland Vongphasouk has joined Xilam Vietnam, Xilam’s animation studio in Ho Chi Minh City, as Studio Director.

With close to twenty years of experience across Southeast Asia — including roles at Universal Music and VNG — Roland brings strong experience in team development and the region’s creative markets.

He joins Xilam Vietnam for a new chapter for the studio, working closely with the whole team already leading the studio’s day-to-day production and operations.

Welcome, Roland.
